Versemixcraft

—— Claire & her dog Milo

My name is Claire Bennett, and Versemixcraft began long before it had a name. It began with Milo — a small, quiet rescue dog who made my apartment feel like home.

Back then, I was working a demanding design job in the city. My days were full of deadlines, crowded commutes, and late nights in front of a screen. But when I closed my laptop, the apartment was quiet, and I often felt alone.

Then I brought Milo home.

He wasn’t immediately playful or affectionate. He needed time, and so did I. Little by little, we found a rhythm. He would settle beside my chair while I worked, follow me into the kitchen, and curl up at my feet at the end of the day.

Our walks became something I looked forward to. I began noticing the neighborhood beyond my usual route to work: a small park, a quiet street, the changing light in the evenings. I stopped checking my phone so often. Sometimes, we stayed outside a little longer just because Milo wanted to.

Caring for him gave my days a different shape. There was someone waiting for me, someone who needed me to come home and be present.

Versemixcraft grew from those ordinary moments.

As a designer, I began thinking about the life we shared — the things we used every day, the places we went, and what made us both comfortable. I wanted to bring that care into a brand for people whose dogs are part of every plan, every routine, and every idea of home.

Milo is still my quiet companion. And the feeling that started it all remains at the heart of Versemixcraft:

Whatever the day brings, I’m glad you’re here.
